Her story
Originally from Pakistan, Arzoo moved to the United States in 2010 and earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in science. Her academic roots are in biomedical sciences, but her passion led her to real estate, and she hasn’t looked back since.
From biomedical science to Chicago real estate.
A practical eye, built on real projects
Before Chicago, Arzoo worked hands-on with construction and investment properties across Ohio and Oklahoma. That experience gives her a sharp, practical perspective on every transaction, from how a home is put together to what makes a property a sound investment.
Guiding buyers, sellers and investors
Now based in Chicago with Baird & Warner, Arzoo is committed to guiding her clients with confidence and clarity, whether they are buying, selling, renting or investing across Chicago and the suburbs.
Beyond real estate
Arzoo is also a lifestyle content creator and blogger who loves sharing her creativity and her passion for reading with her online community. Follow along on Instagram at @arzoonaqviii.
